Collection, formally known as Collection 2000; is your average cheapy cheapy drugstore cosmetic brand. Usually I find that with beauty and makeup products the price tag usually has a lot to say about the quality of the product, however Collection have previously been praised about many of their products and this product right here is certainly one to add to the list. Back in December I was on the hunt for a felt tip liquid liner. Primarily it was just any old liquid liner but then I decided that a felt tip one would be a good option to start with as it is a lot easier than a brush. I wanted to give winged eyeliner a go but didn’t know how well I would get on with it so thought I would start with a cheap one (this very product was only £2:99!!) and see how I got on and then several weeks of practice and product later I would purchase I slightly pricer (and possibly better option). However, it is now 10 months later and I am still using the same product from the same pen.
Yes, that’s right…it has so far lasted me 10 months and counting!! I know so many people who have used other drugstore alternatives from other slightly more expensive (but still budget beauty) brands, and they have dried up after a few months but this has lasted me such a long time which is just fabulous! The colour is also really strong and the tip at the end is really good for application which is good as I love a good old jet black wing rather than a charcoal squiggle!! I find this pen so simple to use and my eyeliner always looks incredible! I was even amazed at it’s staying power as I can confirm it does stay on for 24 hours! It obviously isn’t going to look at it’s best 24 hours after application but although slightly faded it is still there. (This was tested out at V Fest when my ‘taking off makeup before bed’ rule went straight out the window! Haha!) All in all this short term beauty buy is most definitely going to turn into a long term solution in my makeup collection! It feels like forever since I have done an Outfit of the Day post! I thought I would incorporate one of my favourite Summer dresses from Brandy Melville into my Autumn/Winter wardrobe. I love pieces like this because although it is a Summer dress the monochrome colours can work really well with black accessories and the boots and leather jacket add a twist of grunge to a very girly style of dress. I have worn this outfit so much recently and have always received so many compliments when wearing it which is a plus! This is also a first for me as I have actually included pictures of me wearing the items I am showcasing although I am not sure if I will repeat it unless I have a photographer because a self-timer app on the old iPhone is more difficult than it sounds! Anyway hope you enjoyed seeing what I have been wearing I will link the products below if I find them online or if not I will link similar ones! Ciao! x x

Top 10 Favourite Beauty Products…EVER!
Hello everyone! This post is one I have been excited about doing for such a long time. I love being a beauty blogger because it gives me an excuse to try out lots and lots of products and so I have acquired quite a collection over the past few years, however there are just some products which I just love more than others and that will remain in my makeup collection for a very long time.
Today I am going to be sharing with you these products. I decided to limit myself to just 10 because I feel like I have tried so many great beauty products but I don’t want to be rambling on forever. I also decided to just keep this limited to strictly makeup items and to save the skincare for another day.

- Laura Geller Bronze and Brighten
- Benefit POREfessional
- Rimmel Stay Matte powder
- MAC eyeshadow in Woodwinked
- Dior eyeshadow in Nude

What’s in my school bag?
Hello everyone! Today I’m doing an UPDATED ‘what’s in my school bag?’ post since my post last year was so so popular (you can click here to see last years ha!) So anyway here we go…hope you enjoy! ps. my bag was from Amazon and you can purchase it by clicking here!! x x
Puffy eyes….we all hate them right? Not just because they are not the least bit aesthetically pleasing but also because they are a darn pain to get rid of! I have two little tips today on how to get rid of puffy eyes using items you will find in your cupboard!
Tip number one is to stand a clean teaspoon in a glass of iced water. After a few minutes remove it and hold the spoon against your closed eyes until they feel cooler and brighter.
Tip number two is to soak a green tea bag in iced water….once that has soaked for a few minutes, take it out and give it a gentle squeeze. Then place the tea bag over closed eyes until they feel cooler and brighter!

Anyway I hope this does provide you with some ideas, let me know what your favourite outfit is here! x x
Hello everyone! Today’s post is my first Back to School post for this year dun dun dun!! I am going into my last year at school which is the most terrifying thing ever I think? But anyway I don’t want to go off on a tangent! Maybe I’ll save that for another post eh? But for now I am going to be focusing on the fashion as I don’t have to wear uniform now I am in Sixth Form, and I know this is a similar story for many people in the UK. Other places around the world don’t wear uniform at all which some may say is lucky however it can be a pain having to decide what to wear every day right? So I am here to help and give some advice on what I think are staple pieces for a school wardrobe. Of course this doesn’t just apply to school as people who get some but not all say in what they wear to work may also find this useful! x x
First I am going to start with tops. I recommend buying at least two different styles of black tops and at least two styles of white tops. For example you may want a black cotton top and a black chiffon top, or a white cotton swing top and a white long sleeve top with a collar. Yes it sounds boring but trust me it is so good to have staple pieces like these that you can wear with absolutely everything from plain to patterned skirts and trousers! You can get really lovely yet affordable basic tops from Boohoo!
Next I would recommend you get a few different coloured cardigans as again these can go with everything. I would maybe go for a black and grey and then go for whatever colours I fancy. These again are good staple pieces to have and you can wear them with everything. I love the cardigans that you can pick up in Zara as they are really soft and warm and they always have every colour you could ever want!
Moving onto skirts and trousers, I am not a fan of fancy tailored trousers so what I like to do instead is buy a pair of super black skinny jeans. Make sure when you buy black jeans they are jet-black and aren’t likely to fade in the wash because to be able to get away with them they have to look smart! Again I love the ones they have in Zara. If you are feeling extra brave you may wish to try a patterned jean/trouser but remember to choose wisely as you want to still look smart! Skirts wise I recommend getting a few block colours like maybe a black or burgandy in whatever style you wish being it skater, bodycon, circle, a-line etc, and then after that pick out a few patterned ones, but remember to go for classic patterns/colourways that you are not going to get bored of and that won’t go out of fashion! H&M do some great bodycon skirts in a variety of colours for a bargain of £3:99! The same applies for dresses…block colours work well as a start and once you have begun to build up your wardrobe then move onto the patterns as you don’t want to begin with patterns and then find yourself getting bored!
Jacket wise I would keep it simple…you can never go wrong with a black blazer and a black leather jacket right? Super trendy and super smart and they go with everything. As far as shoes are concerned I would just go with whatever you wish! A few pairs of ballet flats, maybe some boots for winter and you’re sorted!
